A few things

It is winter. And this is an unbelievably tough time for me. I love spending time outside, whether it is having a drink with Emily, sand volleyball, croquet, or a walk, I love it. I want to sleep outside in the summer, i don't ever want to be inside.

and here i am typing on a computer, thinking that I am about to go nuts. Not really, but I would really enjoy an open door and wind that doesn't scratch my skin, cold that doesn't tighten every muscle. Oh Summer I miss you.....tear drops.

Cut, print, action.

Winter is horrible if you don't like the cold and as I get a bit older, I notice more and more we don't like the cold. So what can you do? Move.

I've said it before, move. Work hard, move, make enough money to get back and see those that are special, butothewise good time.

May not be possible, so how bout this, try something new. Your bored so fix it. We are old, but not dogs so learn a trick Fido.

Start that business you've always wanted. What was that again, a fortune telling restaraunt where the waitresses guessed your order based on a palm reading, the angle of your chin, and the amount of lint in your pocket? Whatever, run it past some people, they may say it sucks, what they are sayin is that they wouldn't use it based on current design, don't forget whose opinion it is, some peoples are worth more.

Learn chess or start playing again. Perfect for the mind and you feel like you're smarter than you are, then you get beat. It is a great workout for the mind and makes droning out at the computer intelligent unconsciousness. This game will open up doors you can't imagine and it really isn't that hard to learn, you will more than likely never be great - accept your talent - at this. Go to www.gameknot.com, great site and I will see you there. 5outof10.

Go to a cooking class. I'll be attending one. One because it will be fun, two because if you had to eat what I eat almost every night you'd be ashamed. I am a terrible cook and I can't learn from the television and I hate reading instructions. I learn from watching and doing. They are not that expensive, the cost of a GOOD night out, restaraunt, drinks, etc. I'll be attending either, Lets Cook or the Kitchen Window. If you got something to do than try to do it well, if you're going to eat, eat well.

Here's one that I'm sure you have heard 136 times. Work out. This is tough, I know- where do you find the time? And you don't like hanging out at a gym? Create your own workout, 30 minute walk and run (out in the cold, not freezing can be refreshing), push-ups, sit-ups, squats-with or without weights, lunges, and STRETCH - it feels so good. Don't burn yourself out, find out what you like to do, take your time, it'll be funny how quick a slow start can turn into a habit.

Learn, learn, learn. Don't ever stop, try new things. It doesn't have to be skydiving or seeing the Myan ruins, or the Pyramid's. To be honest, I don't really care to see them. Do I like to see new places, moutains, great lakes, rivers, etc. of course, they are what my cousin simply calls - neat. The effect is short-lived, habits are for a life-time, so learn the good ones.

Health, Happiness & Character.
