Magic Bullet is magical

I recently got married to my beautiful bride Emily, among the many, many, many, many, generous gifts, I received the magic bullet. I saw this thing on television and was automatically attracted to it, compact - sleek design, easy clean up, I could have taken on my honeymoon I was so excited to use it. I am not kidding this is one of the most essential gadgets we have in the house, I use if for one basic reason, for my health. I have always had a hard time getting my daily dose of fruit, I buy it, but it goes bad because I either forget about it, or just don't feel like forcing it down the tubes, thus the fruit goes to waste, my pet peeve is waste, time, money, and resources - including food. The Magic Bullet has been a great addition to our marriage, adding to my health because I eat or drink a delicious smoothie everyday. I truly recommend one of these in every house, get rid of that clumsy blender, clean up is a pain with the 12 parts, clean up for the Bullet is the cup and blade - THAT IS IT! I have been promoting this thing like a cheerleader at my office and now there are four of us with it...If only I were getting commission on it.

Here is my favorite recipe to begin with, I shop at the co-op for organic products, a little more expensive, but, but, it's better for me, local business, and the environment.
  • Half cup(bullet cup) organic orange juice
  • 1/3 cup frozen berries (your choice)
  • 3 table spoons ground flax seed (omega 3's - and, I don't actually measure)
  • 1 banana
  • 5 heaping spoon fulls Dannon Natural Vanilla yogurt (No high fructose syrup)

Blend, drink, enjoy - look into flax seed, it is great for you, but works like a laxative so you may want to enjoy this at home......
